Joe Fortuna

Since 1998, I have been deeply immersed in the world of mortgage loan origination and real estate. It’s been a remarkable journey, serving over 1000 clients before stepping into the realm of teaching.

My background isn’t just limited to finance and real estate. I’ve always had a passion for sports and coaching, which seamlessly blended into my career. This unique combination of interests has led me to a fulfilling path where I get to teach, mentor, and work hands-on with fellow real estate and mortgage professionals. I’m proud to say that I own and maintain a real estate brokerage, as well as a mortgage origination branch (NMLS#161819).

My journey into teaching began in 2010 when I started teaching SAFE ACT courses. Since then, I’ve nurtured Fortuna Academy into a reliable and unique educational resource. It’s not just about accredited and elective real estate and mortgage education; it’s also about investment strategies, financial loss mitigation courses, and professional sales training. I love what I do, and I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with others in this ever-evolving industry.
